Suppose you are an ice-cream seller on a long, narrow beach. All people are uniformly distributed on the beach, can buy ice-cream from sellers on that beach only and the only thing they care about is minimizing walking distance to shop (ice-cream melts in the sun, sand is hot etc...)

1. If you face no competition, where do you locate to maximize your sales?
2. What if there are two ice-cream sellers? (selling identical products at the same price)
3. What is there are three sellers (selling identical products at the same price)
